  • HIIT bootcamps
    Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:30 - 7:00 a.m.
  • Indoor cycling
    Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
  • Pilates
    Friday: 8:30 - 9:15 a.m.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (Brigantine Location)

Try Paula's Total Body Class for just $10/month

Monday/Wednesday: 9:30-10:30am
This class is fun, challenging and gets results. With a focus on form, it is a combination of strength training, cardio, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching. Modifications will be given for each exercise so intensity level can be adjusted. We recommend you bring your own mat, but we also have mats at the gym for you to use.

Julie's Pump Circuit Class (Northfield Location)

This is a total body strength training workout choreographed to music. Challenge yourself with various workouts for 32 seconds followed by 16 seconds of rest for one hour! This class is made so that any fitness level can truly challenge themselves whether beginner or advanced. Workouts and music change with each class!
